Assistant Branch Manager

Your tasks

You will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, driving sales or service targets, and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

• Manage branch staff matters, including preparation of duty rosters, leave administration, attendance tracking, and ensuring adequate manpower coverage for daily operations.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets by actively promoting aesthetic products and services to customers
• Provide professional analysis to recommend suitable aesthetic products and services based on customer needs
• Deliver warm, sincere, and attentive customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Assist doctors during procedures by preparing equipment and supporting clinical tasks as needed
• Perform front desk duties including checking in patients, answering calls, and managing appointment bookings efficiently
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders to maintain adequate supplies
• Maintain sanitized and organized workstations and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment
