Client Advisory & Business Development | Winter Programme
Job Summary
Experience front-office financial advisory through shadowing client appointments, running simulations, and using CRM tools. Build foundational wealth management skills and receive mentorship and a sponsored professional qualification exam in a two-week program for penultimate and final-year students.
Responsibilities
- Observe live client appointments with practicing advisors to understand real advisory conversations and decision-making processes
- Conduct client simulations to practice advisory conversations in a structured, supportive environment
- Develop foundational skills in wealth accumulation, fund selection, and budgeting frameworks applied with clients
- Utilize CRM and pipeline management tools to support client-facing activities and track progress
- Complete personality and career-goals assessments (Enneagram/DISC) to evaluate personal fit for advisory roles
- Engage in one-on-one mentorship sessions with advisors from diverse industry backgrounds
- Prepare for and complete a sponsored professional qualification exam as a step toward certification

Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
