Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome customers in a positive and professional manner.

1. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

1. Provide prompt and attentive table service, anticipating customers' needs.

1. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.

Deliver food and beverages to customers accurately and within an appropriate timeframe.

1. Ensure tables are set and maintained to a high standard.

Carefully manage table settings and cleanliness to meet service standards.

1. Clearing and resetting tables as needed.

Clean the restaurant area and set tables neatly to ensure constant readiness for customers.

1. Handle cash, online, scan, and card payments accurately.

Handle customer billing accurately.

1. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members

Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments.

1. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment

Comply with hygiene and safety regulations, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

1. Other assignment within the work context as per manager's assigns.

Other duties within the scope of work as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Requires High School diploma or higher, Male-Female, aged 20-40 years. Able to communicate basic English and is confident in talking to foreign customers. Possess basic conversational English skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with international clients. 8 days off per month. Day off 8 days per month. Minimum of 6 months of experience in the restaurant or hospitality service industry. Has experience in service work, as a waiter/waitress, and has a passion for service. Prior experience as a server or in a hospitality service role, with a strong passion for service excellence. Highly flexible and capable of working shift schedules and working on public holidays. Highly flexible and capable of working shift schedules, including public holidays. Professional and understands service work. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with a comprehensive understanding of hospitality and service standards. If passed the interview, there is a 2-day trial (paid). Selected candidates will undergo a paid 2-day trial. Foreign employees should have a Tax ID. (or Pink Card)
