Responsibilities: Support the General Management in supervising all hotel operations Guarantee maximum quality in customer service and the guest experience Manage and lead hotel staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Supervise compliance with hotel operating and safety standards Manage key performance indicators and propose continuous improvements Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Act as Assistant Hotel Manager in the absence of the General Manager
Requirements: Professional in Administración Hotelera, Administración de Empresas, Turismo, or related fields Previous experience in hotel supervision or management roles Advanced English Knowledge in integral hotel operation Intermediate/advanced Excel skills Experience in team leadership and customer service management Ability to manage operating indicators Knowledge of hotel management tools (PMS/Channel Manager)
