Café Operations Associate

Barista (Full Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily café operations, including guest service, order taking, cashiering, and serving food and beverages.
• Welcome guests and deliver excellent customer service in line with TCB’s hospitality standards.
• Assist with basic kitchen preparation, food presentation, and beverage preparation, including coffee.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across the café and kitchen.
• Support stock monitoring, inventory control, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist with product presentation, promotions, and social media content when required.
• Work flexibly across service, kitchen, and beverage stations to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and barista duties.
• A flexible all-rounder who is willing to work across different operational areas.
• Customer-focused, well-presented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to learn, follow SOPs, and maintain TCB’s service and quality standards.
