Your tasks
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our renowned Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Senior Spa Therapist or current Spa Supervisor looking to progress their career within one of the UK's leading luxury resort destinations.
Working alongside the Spa Management team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest treatment standards, and motivating a team of talented therapists to achieve excellence every day.
Exposure to managing large teams or high-volume spa operations Implementing Our "Yes, We Can" Philosophy, You Will
Support the daily operation of the Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms
Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences and treatment standards
Motivate, coach and support Spa Therapists to maximise performance and service delivery
Conduct treatments to brand and company standards Assist with rota management, bookings, stock control and administration
Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are presented to the highest standards at all times
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively, ensuring guest satisfaction remains a priority
Assist with achieving departmental targets and objectives Act as a key point of contact within the spa, supporting management and stepping into leadership responsibilities when required
Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures Be Recognised and Rewarded
Requirements
Our Ideal Hero Will Have Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist or Spa Supervisor within a luxury spa, hotel spa or wellness environment
A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
A passion for luxury hospitality, wellness and exceptional guest care
Experience leading, coaching and supporting therapists to achieve high performance standards
Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience managing bookings, stock control and operational spa procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to remain calm, organised and professional in a busy guest-focused environment
A genuine commitment to delivering five-star service standards
Desirable Experience Previous experience within a luxury resort or five-star spa
Experience carrying out a wide range of face and body treatments
Knowledge of premium spa brands and treatment protocols Experience supporting team training, development and performance management
