Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations at a hotel, resort, or villa.
- Experience using VHP Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
- Familiar with OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of reservation procedures and room/villa allocation.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
