We are currently seeking an experienced nursery practitioner for our nursery, accepting children from 18 to 36 months.

Skills and qualifications:

Graduate certificate or higher qualification in education or related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

One of the following recognised qualifications:

NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education

BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development

NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development

Core competencies:

Ability to plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate sessions that promote holistic development

Ability to implement positive behavior management strategies suited to young learners

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and children

Proficient in using assessment tools to monitor progress, identify individual development plans and report accordingly

Values and attitudes:

Passionate about early childhood development and committed to supporting each child's individual growth

Patient, caring and approachable demeanor conducive to building trusting relationships with young learners and their families
