Staf Legal

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law (preferably with concentration in Business Law)
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the legal field (experience as a Legal Staff in a company or Legal Corporate is highly recommended)
• Strong understanding of civil law, business/commercial law, and employment law and other related regulations
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing corporate legal documents, including Cooperation Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and other corporate documents.
• Proven experience in providing legal opinions to management related to the company’s business activities and operations.
• Experienced in handling legal disputes and disputes resolution, both litigation and non-litigation.
• Able to conduct legal risk assessments and provide practical legal recommendations for the company.
• Holding PKPA certification is an advantage
• Precise, detail-oriented, intelligent, and decisive
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
• Willing to join ASAP and work in Pancoran Mas, Depok
