About Us The Blonde Tourage is a boutique hair salon specializing in blonde, colour, and extensions. Avere Aesthetics and Avere Studio are sister clinics offering facials, skin treatments, and medical aesthetics under a Medical Director. We are launching a corporate wellness program to provide these services as employee perks across Singapore.

Job Summary

Drive corporate sales by engaging HR teams and office managers to promote and close deals on wellness packages, managing your own sales pipeline with flexible hours and commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate contact with companies’ HR teams, office managers, and benefits leads to present corporate wellness packages
• Deliver tailored pitches on various package tiers to meet client needs and secure interest
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively to achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate the smooth handoff of signed clients to internal teams for service delivery
• Maintain and report an accurate monthly sales pipeline to track progress and forecast outcomes
