Guest Relations Officer

The Banjar Bali is a newly established restaurant in Kuta, Badung, Bali, scheduled to open in October 2026.

We are looking for a GRO who is friendly, confident, well-groomed, and passionate about providing excellent guest service. As part of our opening team, you will play an important role in creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

Qualifications:

• Female, minimum height 165 cm
• Good-looking, well-groomed, and presentable
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English
• Previous experience in GRO, hostess, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Responsible, disciplined, and professional
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
• Willing to learn, adapt, and grow with the company
