Workshop Crew Member

Looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented craft camera workshop crew member to support daily workshop operations, assist participants, and ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience. This role combines customer support, technical guidance, and studio/workshop management. Part time and full timers with no experience welcome. Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting workshops

Guide participants in assembling, handling, and testing

Prepare and set up workshop materials, tools, and kits before each session

Demonstrate safe and proper use of tools and equipment

Troubleshoot issues

Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization

Manage inventory of parts and workshop supplies

Help with participant registration and check-in

Provide friendly customer service

Assist with packing workshop kits and retail items when needed

Requirements Comfortable using small tools and handling delicate components

Good communication and people-handling skills

Patient and supportive when assisting guests

Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills. Organized and detail-oriented

Physically comfortable with light manual tasks
