Daily Worker – Barback

Location: Uluwatu, Bali

The Ants Pants Restaurant & Pool is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Daily Worker – Barback to support our bar team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bartenders with daily bar operations and service.
• Prepare and replenish ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies.
• Keep the bar area, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Collect and wash glassware and bar equipment as needed.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing beverage supplies.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Bar Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Team player with good work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Available to work in Uluwatu.
