Job description

• Check incoming reservations every day, then record all these reservations to be conveyed to the WhatsApp group.
• Greet guests who come to The Acre by saying welcome.
• Delivering information to guests regarding The Acre area and Minimum Spend in each Area.
• Noted Name, how many pax, contact no and where the guest is from, for data collection and table reservation that has been requested by the guest.
• Deliver guests to seats that have been reserved or are still available.
• Invite guests to sit down.
• Explain to guests about the existing menus.
• Provide recommendations for mainstay menus and also promos at The Acre.
• Ensuring guests or customers who come are well served.
• Thanking guests for coming to The Acre expecting guests to come back.
• Perform other tasks determined by the policies of the Management or their direct superiors which are not written here.
• Always look good and do fun tasks every day.
• Understand and carry out the Duties properly according to the Standards that apply in the Company.
• Must be able to understand and improve his knowledge in the field of Food and Beverage according to the The Acre Menu.
