Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist (ทำงาน จ-ศ)

1.Manage and coordinate external digital marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives. 2.Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital advertising performance across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels. 3.Track, analyze, and report key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, ROAS, CPL, CAC, customer lifetime value, and overall campaign effectiveness. 4.Manage digital marketing budgets and recommend strategies to maximize performance, efficiency, and ROI. 5.Analyze campaign and customer data to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. 6.Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools, marketing automation, and emerging digital technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity, and customer acquisition. 7.Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI innovations, and industry best practices, proactively recommending new opportunities to drive growth and maintain market leadership. 8.Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure digital marketing activities support business growth objectives and deliver a seamless customer journey. 9.Support the company's digital growth initiatives and contribute to establishing best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and AI-driven marketing strategies.

Qualifications: 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, GA4, GTM, and digital analytics tools. Experience managing digital agencies, vendors, and marketing partners. Strong understanding of key digital marketing KPIs, including CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, or CRM platforms is an advantage. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Open to candidates of all nationalities. Remote, hybrid, or Thailand-based candidates are welcome. Work permit sponsorship can be provided for the right candidate.
