JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions to transform client briefs (from both Brands and Talents) into innovative Event Solutions that align with marketing objectives and commercial goals.

High-Impact Proposals: Craft compelling, logically structured, and visually stunning proposals (PowerPoint/Keynote). Focus on Storytelling to bring the event journey to life for clients.

Pitch Leadership: Lead presentations to key stakeholders, effectively "selling" creative concepts and defending strategic recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Develop detailed design briefs for the Creative team and collaborate with the Production/Account teams to ensure the "soul" of the concept is maintained through execution.

Talent & Commercial Integration: Design specialized event flows for Talent-centric projects, ensuring high aesthetic standards, brand-talent synergy, and meticulous hospitality management.

Trend Hunting: Proactively research and integrate the latest event technologies (AR/VR, stage effects) and entertainment trends to keep Lumens at the forefront of the industry..

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in Event Planning or Event Account management at an Event Agency. (Agency experience is a significant advantage).
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong logical thinking with the ability to balance creative "wild ideas" with commercial feasibility and ROI for brands.
  • Pitching & Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with both corporate brand managers and Talent/Celebrity representatives.
  • Software Proficiency: Power-user of Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to structure decks that are both informative and visually captivating.
  • Ownership & Grit: A "high-ownership" attitude—taking full accountability for project quality from the first brief to the final onsite breakdown.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of the local event landscape, production costs, and the nuances of the entertainment industry.
  • Bonus Skills: Basic proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator or experience in managing large-scale commercial activations and celebrity-led events.
