Server / Front of House (FOH)
About the role 19th Hole Indoor Golf is a high-tech golf destination located in Kerobokan. We are looking for energetic, professional, and guest-focused individuals to join our team as a Server / Front of House (F.O.H). You will handle a fast-paced environment while providing a premium experience to our golfers in our state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests within our state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator environment
- Serve food and beverages with precision and a friendly attitude
- Handle the Point of Sale (POS) system for payments and record-keeping
- Manage customer reservations and simulator schedules
- Assist the Supervisor with inventory management and stock control
- Ensure the venue remains clean, neat, and professional at all times
- Ensure every guest has a 5-star experience according to our Standard Operating Procedures
About You
- Good basic spoken English to assist international and local clientele
- Comfortable working in a shift-based environment
- Proactive, organized, and passionate about hospitality
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality venues is a plus

- Monthly salary: IDR 3,800,000
