Social Media Operation Intern

【Job Description】

In this role, you will assist in building important bonds between the studio and players. With your help, we hope to make every communication filled with sincerity and warmth.

Content Management: You will assist in managing mainstream domestic social media accounts, ensuring that various types of information, videos, and articles are published accurately, timely, and in a standardized manner.

Copywriting: You will be responsible for writing daily social media copy. We hope you can use appropriate, sincere, and infectious language to convey the voice of the studio.

Content Localization: You will assist the team in translating the studio's English updates (such as official news, blogs, developer logs) into fluent and beautiful Chinese, eliminating language barriers.

Building Community Connections: You will assist the studio in interacting with players in the backend (replying to private messages and comments), listening to players' voices, and maintaining a friendly and positive community atmosphere.

Data Support: You will assist in organizing basic operational data to provide objective references for the team's content strategy adjustments.

【What We Expect from You】

Professional Background: Studying Marketing, English, Communication, Journalism, or related majors, with a solid foundation in writing.

Language Ability: Possess excellent English reading and translation skills, being able to accurately understand and faithfully translate the studio's English content.

Industry Sensitivity: Pay attention to the development trends of domestic social media and have unique insights into the reading habits of the audience.

User Empathy: Understand the brand culture of TGC, be able to think from the players' perspective, and communicate with a warm attitude.
