Your daily life

Located near Orléans, the site is a benchmark in the support of weapon systems and radars worldwide. It houses engineering, development, and integration activities for air defense systems.

The Client Technical Manager (Field Support Engineers) is responsible for the technical support of Radars at various Client sites in Denmark.

Your technical and maintenance skills will allow you to acquire the necessary Product knowledge in order to identify malfunctions, propose technical solutions, and carry out the following activities:

Prepare interventions Analyze malfunctions, provide a diagnosis, and contribute to implementing the intervention plan in your field. Verify the availability of resources and prevention plans.

Perform interventions at the client site Carry out all or part of the management of the client's system

• Perform troubleshooting interventions as planned in accordance with maintenance documents, Ensure compliance with the planned schedule.
• Regularly inform the client and the Thales project team of the progress of the work.
• Perform specific tests to validate proper functioning
• Write the intervention report.
• Provide technical advice to clients
• Finally, you may be required to provide or participate in training for client personnel.

Perform back office activities Participate in feedback meetings at the end of missions.

• Analyze technical facts, and contribute to product improvement with the relevant departments
• Contribute to the improvement of maintenance documents and the deployment of digital solutions.

Your profile

Do you have a DUT/BTS degree in industrial maintenance or industrial engineering? Do you possess significant experience in the field of industrial maintenance with solid skills in electronics and electricity?

Following an initial 12-month training in France located in the Paris and Orléans regions, the position will be based in Denmark for a duration of 1 year.

Do you have knowledge in mechatronics (electronics / electrotechnics / mechanics)? Proficiency in the English language is necessary.

Is collaborative work essential to you?

Do you have experience in analysis, expertise, and maintenance on systems with travel to client sites?

Do you have writing skills for intervention reports and expertise reports?

Are you recognized for your interpersonal skills and sense of service?
