Your daily life Within the Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, the La Ferté Saint Aubin site specializes in the production of land and airborne armament systems (mortars, munitions, rockets...), force protection systems, and area control. With its 450 employees, including engineers, technicians, and specialized workers, the La Ferté Saint Aubin site ensures research and development, production, testing, as well as all the "support" functions necessary for the design of high-performance systems essential to the success of operational missions. Thales has formed, with the German defense group DIEHL, a Joint-Venture "JUNGHANS T2M" which has 165 employees, allowing the two companies to combine their electronics and precision mechanics expertise and thus become one of the world leaders in the field of ammunition rockets. This Joint-Venture is also present at the La Ferté Saint Aubin site.

As Industrial Supplier Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Guaranteeing the compliance of purchased supplies and managing the curative processing of supplier non-conformities
• Analyzing root causes, deploying corrective and preventive action plans, and ensuring their closure

• Managing supplier relationships during monitoring committees, performance analysis, and deviation management
• Aligning internal and external technical files and optimizing incoming inspections

• Defining, monitoring, and ensuring the reliability of quality, punctuality (On Time Delivery OCD), and non-quality cost indicators
• Managing and developing a team (objectives, skills, recruitment) and disseminating the quality culture

Your profile:

• Is your priority to secure the quality and performance of supplier supplies?
• Do you have the ambition to challenge a supplier panel in a complex industrial environment?
• Do you want to discover a high-responsibility role, combining quality expertise, supply chain, and management?

You hold an Engineering degree, Master 2 (Bac+5) or equivalent VAE and have 8 years of experience in an industrial group, including 5 years in Industry / Engineering / Supply Chain, with:

• Mastery of quality and control processes
• Proven experience in processing supplier non-conformities

• Proficiency in office tools (Excel) and ERPs
• Ability to manage indicators and supplier performance plans

• Mandatory mastery of two languages, including English
