As a Scrum Master / Technical Coordinator M/F at Thales, your missions will be:

Scrum Master:

• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, priority definition, and the animation of Agile practices within the squad,
• Foster autonomy, collaboration, and the collective performance of the team by removing obstacles and ensuring the smooth running of Scrum rituals,

• Coordinate the technical activities of the squad, from requirements qualification to the implementation and deployment of solutions,
• Ensure the monitoring of deliveries, incidents, and evolutions in connection with users, partners, and suppliers,

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, RUN activities, and Build-to-Run, in order to guarantee the quality and value brought to the services.

Technical Coordinator:

• Qualify requirements and manage the implementation of solutions,
• Coordinate technical activities and guarantee the quality of deliveries,

• Support the team in the organization and resolution of incidents,
• Ensure follow-up with users, partners, and suppliers,

• Participate in the continuous improvement of services and operational processes.

Your profile Master's degree (BAC+5) in computer science, ideally with a specialization in infrastructures, networks, and security. Experience with Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and project management in V-model or Agile mode. Good knowledge of ITIL processes, ITSM tools, and Build-to-Run transition activities as well as change management. Mastery of automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible; knowledge of the Thales environment is an asset. Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, sense of service, synthesis skills, and fluent English level both spoken and written.
