As part of an increase in activity related to a new product integrated into the repair line, we are looking for a Product Technical Manager, as follows:

• You are responsible for providing technical support to ensure product support.
• You manage the activities of processing technical requests (internal or client).

• You are responsible for the study and analysis of support, advice, and technical assistance requests from internal/external clients.
• You are the technical support for repair workshops for complex failures.

• You participate in Technical Fact Analysis Commissions.
• You analyze Retex, propose product improvement actions, and participate in the reliability improvement project.

Your profile You hold an Engineering degree and have initial technical/system experience in repair/diagnostics. You are proficient in Pack Office (Excel). You have in-depth knowledge in one field or broad knowledge in several optical/electronic fields. You have a good level of English. Knowledge of the functioning of some THALES products/systems is a plus. You possess good synthesis skills and good communication. You know how to unite people and have a sense of Client and service.
