Your daily life: The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of the design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient networks and infrastructure systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is easily accessible by public transport.

Within the Purchasing Department of Thales SIX GTS France, you will actively participate in the performance of procurement operations in a demanding and innovative industrial environment.

As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and supporting a team of 8 procurement officers spread across the Gennevilliers and Vélizy sites
• Driving procurement activity and coordinating the flow of purchase requisitions and purchase orders

• Developing employee skills through support plans and professional training
• Designing and monitoring performance indicators as well as operational and strategic reporting

• Optimizing procurement processes and contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation projects
• Collaborating with Purchasing, Finance, Accounts Payable teams, and the Group's international stakeholders

• Supporting the integration of new employees and sharing best practices within the teams
• Strengthening collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to improve service quality

Your profile:

• Is your priority to drive a strategic activity in a complex industrial environment?

• Do you want to discover an international environment where English proficiency is essential on a daily basis?

You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Industrial Logistics and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, ideally in a complex industrial or technological environment, with proven managerial experience in:

o Management of procurement flows and the Procure-to-Pay cycle (processes ranging from the purchase requisition to supplier payment) o Integrated management systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning, notably SAP, as well as reporting and Business Intelligence tools o Continuous improvement approaches, Lean Management, and cross-functional project management o Data analysis and operational performance management A fluent level of English, both spoken and written, is indispensable for communicating with international teams and Group stakeholders.
