Your daily life

Located between Nantes and Angers, near the Atlantic coast, our Cholet site, which is primarily R&D with a strong industrial footprint, specializes in defense radiocommunications, satellite communication systems, and cybersecurity solutions.

The Cholet site is recognized for its engineering and industrial capabilities both within the Group and externally. With more than 2,000 people, our site is a cutting-edge innovation establishment engaged in strategic Defense & Security programs. The Quality and Customer Satisfaction Department is a major player in achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Our added value is based on anticipation, risk management, and supporting our structures/governance in a more responsible Quality approach for the benefit of business challenges. You will intervene as the Industrial Quality Assurance Manager on Industrialization, production, and Client presentation activities for high-technology products, innovation-driven, and complex Supply Chain.

Missions: Lead Quality Assurance activities by focusing on risk areas

• Support and challenge operational teams in passing internal milestones (industrialization and production)
• Participate in the monitoring and acceptance of high-risk subcontracting
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and manage the relationship with their representatives for industrial batches by participating in the acceptance of critical batches
• Interface with the Project Quality Assurance Manager and provide them with your independent quality vision regarding your industrial domain
• Ensure compliance with and maintenance of our corporate framework to, among other things, ensure the maintenance of our certifications (ISO9001/EN9100)

Profile:

With a Master's degree (Engineer or equivalent), you have significant experience in Quality Assurance. You have a good understanding of ISO 9001 / EN 9100 quality standards. You know how to work in a team and are comfortable interacting with various international stakeholders on very diversified topics (Industrial Actors, Technical Managers, Management, Suppliers, Clients). You are comfortable in English (both written and spoken). You are curious, proactive, and demonstrate assertiveness. You know how to assert yourself without having to be confrontational.
