Your daily life: The Brest site houses our digital services activities as well as Thales' expertise in development, integration, and maintenance for maritime patrol and surveillance systems, electronic warfare, sonar systems, and airborne anti-submarine warfare, as well as our digital services activities.

As a Project Manager (Mine Warfare sector), you will lead all your projects to achieve cost/deadline/quality objectives:

• Update baselines and execution references (structuring, lots, plans)
• Initialize and structure the project (stakeholders, team, scoping, input requirements)

• Launch, lead, and control the project: coordination, animation of internal/external teams, risk/opportunity management, monitoring of commitments
• Ensure quality, customer satisfaction, contractual and legal compliance (incl. litigation), and phase reviews/reporting

• Orchestrate activities until closure, managing subcontracting and supplier relationships (consultation, contracting, execution)
• Manage Make or Buy financial aspects, implement WP indicators, and capitalize on experience

As a Project Manager within the sector, you will be responsible for steering your projects and coordinating all activities, from the project's commencement until its closure. Your profile You have acquired at least 10 years of experience in managing complex projects. Are you recognized for your ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team with dynamism, rigor, and organization?

Do you hold an engineering degree or equivalent and have you already acquired experience in managing complex projects?

You demonstrate skills in the following areas:

• Project and lot management (transversal, multi-disciplinary) with external client interface
• Workload management and resource planning

• Use of dedicated tools such as ERP (SAP, Primavera)
• Communication and problem-solving

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required for this position.
