Your daily life Located 20 minutes from the Paris-Saclay technology hub, the site is one of the largest surface radar centers of excellence. We contribute to developing, designing, integrating, and testing air surveillance radars dedicated to the detection and identification of targets.
Thales LAS France SAS possesses unique expertise allowing us to design and develop systems and equipment ensuring airspace security for our civil and military customers.
Our Surface Radar (SRA) Domain designs, develops, and supplies a range of surface radar products that is the most complete on the market. It meets the surveillance needs of the sky and sensitive areas, in both civil and military domains (coastal surveillance, battlefield, and counter-battery...).
The position is based in Limours (site 40 min from Paris, 20 min from Massy and accessible via our free shuttle network from Massy, Pont de Sèvres, Vélizy, Versailles, Saint Quentin en Yvelines).
Your main missions will be: Management of Export Project(s) for the supply of Ground Master Radars, Defining and maintaining the project execution framework by involving all stakeholders: Project Management Plan and associated documents (WBS, OBS, schedule, budget allocations...), industrial scenario, project charter, team charter, ..., Managing the project by mastering contractual requirements, deadlines, and financial aspects while ensuring the quality of deliverables and the overall satisfaction of the Client and stakeholders, Managing the Client relationship, Cooperating effectively with stakeholders (GM product policy, Sales, DGDI), Internal reporting to Segment management (project reviews), Functional management of multidisciplinary teams.
Your profile
With higher education (Master's degree) in engineering or business, do you have experience in complex Project Management and cross-functional activity management, preferably in the Defense field? Do you have the ability to adapt to a variety of projects (single or multi-radar, with or without local share with KIP, short "operational urgency" schedules, client culture, ...)? Do you have internal and external negotiation skills?
Possessing leadership, are you recognized for your interpersonal skills, tenacity, and analytical sense? Are you proactive and able to influence stakeholders?
