Your daily life Located 20 minutes from the Paris-Saclay technology hub, the site is one of the largest surface radar centers of excellence. We contribute to developing, designing, integrating, and testing air surveillance radars dedicated to target detection and identification.
Thales LAS France SAS possesses unique expertise allowing us to design and develop systems and equipment ensuring airspace security for our civil and military customers. Our Surface Radar (SRA) Domain designs, develops, and supplies a range of surface radar products that is the most complete on the market. It meets the surveillance needs of the sky and sensitive areas, in both civil and military fields (coastal surveillance, battlefield, and counter-battery...).
You will join the MFR sector, which manages the development and production of Thales' new generation of S-Band multifunction radars for land and naval applications. The position is based in Limours (site 40 min from Paris, 20 min from Massy and accessible via our free shuttle network from Massy, Pont de Sèvres, Vélizy, Versailles, Saint Quentin en Yvelines). Your main missions will be: Within the Sea Fire and Test Fire product management of the MFR sector, you will participate in a large-scale project.
As part of your mission, you will:
- Manage activities associated with several branches of the WBS, notably Production and On-site Integration, acting on behalf of the Project Manager
On this part:
- Be responsible for delivering contract expectations while respecting costs and deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Lead and coordinate internal teams (Technical Managers, Industrial, Logistics...) and external parties (customer, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors),
- Be responsible for the customer relationship in close synergy with the Project Manager,
- Contribute to meeting the project's financial objectives.
Your profile
With a degree in Generalist/Industrial Engineering (Master's degree), do you have more than 5 years of experience on projects?
Do you possess a real sense of analysis and synthesis and a proven taste for teamwork?
Do you demonstrate autonomy, creativity, negotiation skills, a customer-oriented approach, and are you driven by a culture of results?
Do you have the capacity to work over the long term by integrating the roadmap needs of the MFR family radars? Do you have experience in project management and knowledge of the associated processes?
Do you master English?
