Your daily life At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales' most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of the systems and equipment mobilize expertise in more than 80 professions in defense solutions, high-technology security, and digital services.

You will join the fast-growing ECS (Electronic Combat System) Business Line in a high-technology environment and work on a major Rafale program.

You will be a member of the Core Team and assist the Program Director in steering the Program to ensure its proper execution (planning, performance, reporting) and the challenges for the company (finances, resources/loads, risks), while deploying the BL's PMO best practices. You will be the functional manager of the PMO team for this Program.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Functional management of the project's PMO unit (approximately 4 people eventually). Deployment of project management practices and change management through the deployment of AI solutions dedicated to Project Management in relation with the central group PMO unit,
• Project structuring (WBS, Planning, Risks and Opportunities) by guaranteeing the completeness of data during the Offer / Project transition,

• Updating and consolidating schedules and steering meetings (analysis of the consequences of deviations, identification of gap reduction solutions ...),
• Finance: updating and verifying the consistency of the project's cost to completion and the financial work remaining for the lots and the project, loads, and steering EVM. Consolidation of the business turnover (IFRS15) and control of cash objectives,

• Monitoring and consolidation of risks and opportunities,
• Steering/Reporting: Steering the update of Indicators (KPIs) and preparation of reporting. Support to the PM for the organization, preparation, and follow-up of progress reviews. Preparation of summaries, raising necessary alerts, and monitoring action plans.

Your profile

With an engineering background, you have at least 10 years of successful experience in complex systems project management as a PMO, Project Manager, Lot Manager, and in Team Management.

• You are familiar with project management and associated tools: Primavera, MSProject, SAP, Office pack,
• You are able to implement and steer all the core missions of the project PMO (Planning, Financial Management, Reporting, Risk Monitoring, EVM) by providing added value,

• You have the ability to support change in practices and tools,
• You have a good level of English, both written and oral.

You have good team animation and routine capabilities in order to mobilize and pace towards a common goal. You are recognized for your rigor, your reliability, your high standards, and the quality of your deliverables.
