Come and discover the Moirans site, a human-sized site with a very beautiful environment. Coming to work in Moirans means: a friendly and warm atmosphere, interesting engineering projects, and mountains nearby.

The Site Management, HSE, and Security Manager (F/M) drives the HSE activities, site management, and security of the Trixell, Thales AVS MIS, and Thales AVS FLX entities in Moirans. He/she is a member of the CODIR and CSSCT of these three entities.

Your main missions are to Manage a team composed of two HSE Engineers and an infrastructure manager, a security engineer, and 3 technicians (setting objectives, check-ins, skill development, recruitment) Drive the HSE strategy, HSE operational processes, and guarantee the implementation of HSE tools and methods within the 3 entities,Implement HSE fundamentals including HSE risk analysis, regulatory compliance, and HSE reporting,Manage ISO 45001 and 14001 certifications as well as the relationship with certification bodies,Drive HSE accident reporting, investigations, and ensure the implementation of action plans following accidents,Define and guarantee the supervision of occupational health standards in collaboration with the Human Resources department of his/her scope,Monitor activities related to environmental protection, including the low-carbon strategy, biodiversity, improvement of waste recovery, and promotion of the circular economy, and act as the primary interface with competent authorities in the field,Define and implement the Health and Safety culture evolution program within his/her scope in consultation with the Business Lines' progress plans,Be the primary interface for the Real Estate department on all subjects related to infrastructure,Define the organization necessary for the implementation of HSE training programs as well as awareness sessions on HSE risks,Guarantee the duty to alert, particularly regarding HSE risks, and participate in the crisis management of his/her sites,Participate in Group internal audits as an auditor.Orchestrate site construction projects relying on his/her infrastructure team,Lead and coordinate actions and management between site security and the service provider in charge of the physical protection of the site.

Your profile

With an Engineering Degree or equivalent Master's degree (BAC+5), you have confirmed experience in HSE and team management of at least 8 years.

Benefiting from good interpersonal skills, you have excellent listening and teaching abilities.

Persuasion, negotiation, and coaching skills in supporting and developing the skills of your direct interlocutors in a rapidly evolving context are qualities you are recognized for.

You navigate easily between the three functions and excel in the simultaneous management of various projects.

You enjoy cooperating with all kinds of partners (internal and external) and are committed to guaranteeing a high level of satisfaction.

You are capable of conducting field inspections and audits and master HSE reporting follow-up, as well as collection and analysis tools.

Familiar with accident and environmental analyses, you know how to assess and reduce risks.

You have notions in planning and activity management.

You have a good level of English.
