Your daily life On a cutting-edge Bordeaux Campus, between the ocean and the vineyards, we design and develop systems, equipment, and services to ensure the success of our customers' airborne missions.

Within the Industrial Competence Center, you will join a team of 8 employees dedicated to the industrialization of new products. As an Industrialization Engineer (M/F), you will ensure the link between development and series production, managing product industrialization in a complex and international context. Your main missions:

• Manage product industrialization within the project team, guaranteeing Quality, Cost, and On-time performance during series production startup,
• Evaluate and propose suitable industrial scenarios (Make, Team, Buy), while taking into account technical and organizational constraints.

• Define and implement the Industrial Plan (tests, tooling, resources), ensuring control of costs, investments, and compliance with objectives.
• Deploy APQP, validate industrial maturity (MRL), manage prototypes, and support the increase in production maturity until series production on-site (France/Singapore).

The position requires frequent interactions with various stakeholders (development, purchasing, quality, international suppliers, maintenance) in a global context that is demanding regarding electronic components.

• Leadership, ability to convince and unite a multidisciplinary team

• Strong resilience to change and proactive in continuous improvement
• Supplier management
