Within the Support and Customer Services Department, you will join an organization dedicated to service quality and the control of Thales military avionics support flows.
As SOA Manager (M/F), your role is to ensure the long-term availability of repairs and spares and customer satisfaction, by managing resources and structuring operational execution.
Your main missions: Ensure performance and continuity of customer service in accordance with contractual and performance objectives (guarantee the expected service over the long term); Manage a team of Service Order Administrators in relation to our customers and through the organization and management of activities;Coordinate the Customer interface for repair and spare activities from the receipt of the need until the equipment is made available, including: Order entry in a dedicated tool; Conducting order reviews and managing customer A/R; Processing specific requests; Developing and proposing ROS / POS ("Repair Order Status" or "Purchase") in order to provide visibility and maintain management of order status;Guarantee the availability of repairs or spares in compliance with contractual commitments;Manage the entire repair or spare flow by coordinating activities with industrial teams and taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure control of priorities and deadlines;Produce and manage key performance indicators for service execution;***Develop the team by relying on Lean tools and principles (continuous improvement, standardization, reduction of non-conformities, skill upgrading).
Your profile
Do you aspire to work in the world of military avionics repair in a demanding industrial environment?
Do you hold an engineering degree or equivalent with a technical or Supply focus, and can you demonstrate experience in a similar position in a techno-logistics field?
Do you wish to invest yourself in a transforming structure and do you master MRP principles?
Do you have a real appetite for techno-logistics subjects (electronics, software, mechanics)? Do you master English both written and spoken?
