Your daily life: The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient networks and infrastructure systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is easily accessible by public transport.

As part of the GALILEO program (European Satellite Navigation System), Thales is particularly active in the overall security of the system with the aim of protecting it from potential attacks (jamming, spoofing, impersonation, cyberattack). Faced with the rise of cybercrime, fueled by the increasing complexity of systems and networks, the Information Technology Security Department develops and supports high-level security solutions. In close collaboration with the ESA (European Space Agency) and the European Commission, our expert teams define and control the securing of the Galileo system through its Cybersecurity engineering activities, risk management, technical vulnerability management, and penetration testing campaigns.

To support the development of the second generation of the Galileo program, we are looking for a Cybersecurity GRC Manager M/F, on expatriation in the Netherlands at the ESA site.

In this capacity, your missions will be to:

• Supervise the activities of the GRC and Cybersecurity team, and act as the technical referent for these activities;
• Develop threat scenarios based on the system architecture provided to you as input;
• Use the project's System requirements repository to cover threat scenarios, for the "As-Designed" stages (during System development) and "As-Built" stages (during qualification);
• Perform risk analyses based on EBIOS 2010 and EBIOS RM methods adapted to the GALILEO context;
• Propose improvements to the risk analysis process to remain consistent with the evolution of the state of the art, and write summaries that you defend in English to the ESA;
• Identify residual risks and, for each identified risk, propose a treatment plan to minimize the associated risk value.

Your profile: Is your priority to work in information systems by joining a project team composed of high-level experts? Do you have the ambition to work on high-technology projects? Do you have at least 7 years of experience on projects implementing secured equipment, ideally in the space sector? Do you have a Master's degree (Bac+5) and/or a Cybersecurity Engineer degree and possess skills in:

• Managing a batch of activities,
• Risk analysis such as EBIOS,

• Complex systems, ideally in a space environment
• Analyzing the link between vulnerabilities, penetration tests, and cyber risks for the purpose of MCO.
