Your daily life: By joining us in Meudon, you will join the Thales Group headquarters located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a true campus, bringing together notably our digital identity and security activities.

Missions: Within a "Real Estate Projects" Purchasing team, which concerns the purchase of intellectual services, works, office furniture, modular buildings, rent... and in close collaboration with the Global Category Manager (GCM), the Group's Real Estate Directors, and the Site Management, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the development and application of the Category Purchasing Strategy, after having taken ownership of the requirements of the stakeholders in order to provide the best functional, economic, and scheduling response
• Leading the tender phases and the selection of companies in response to project requirements, up to the finalization of the Contract, in connection with the Legal Department
• Ensuring a privileged interface with the various departments concerned
• Consolidating the budget and managing indicators on a regular basis
• Implementing framework agreements on market sub-segments
• Actively participating in the continuous improvement of our practices by proposing ideas and deploying those selected by the team

Your profile:

• Is your priority to take charge of the purchasing part of real estate projects and participate in the definition of a global strategy?
• Do you have the ambition to actively contribute to the competitiveness and performance of a large international group?
• Do you want to discover cross-functional projects with high strategic stakes in a context of transformation?

You hold a Bac +5 level degree (Master 2, MBA, engineering school, or business school) with a specialization in purchasing and you have solid experience of about ten years in:

• managing purchasing projects or in connection with the purchasing function requiring the implementation of a strategy and its deployment
• the Real Estate field, in particular the organization and progress of a Real Estate Project and the responsibilities incumbent upon the Maitre d'Ouvrage
• international activities and are bilingual in English, both spoken and written?
