Your daily life North of Saint-Etienne, our center of excellence in land combat optronics develops and manufactures night vision systems and optical components. As the historical center of the Angénieux brand, the site also specializes in very high-quality optics for the cinema industry.
Within the OME (Optronique et Missiles Electroniques) Business Line in Saint-Héand, you will take on the role of HR Business Partner for a site of approximately 400 employees, more than half of whom are within the industrial center. Do you want to invest yourself in an industrial environment undergoing transformation? You will have the opportunity to evolve in a rapidly developing activity with missions combining operational and strategic aspects across a wide diversity of professions. Resolutely oriented towards "employee experience," you contribute to collective performance by being proactive with managers to implement local actions aimed at developing employee engagement. To this end, you advise and support teams through various engagement levers: performance management, talent and skill development, mobility management, integration, well-being & quality of life at work. You ensure close support for employees, both in their professional development and in their daily concerns. You will also be the Disability referent for the site. A true agent of change, you bring added value to the reflection and implementation of organizational or professional projects conducted within the establishment. You advise, adjust, and communicate to ensure a high level of buy-in.
Your profile
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or a related field and have experience in:
- strategic HR steering in an industrial environment
- management of social relations and IRP,
- change management and management of sensitive or crisis situations.
- talent development, performance, and HR transformation projects
Confirmed experience of at least 7 years in a similar role is expected. Your ambition is to provide expert advice and thus contribute to the development and competitiveness of the activities within your scope. You are recognized for your ability to support change and influence key players in a growing environment with ambitious business challenges. You are sensitive to individual and collective support and to innovation by being proactive. Your interpersonal skills, field spirit, pragmatism, autonomy, and taste for teamwork are the assets that will allow you to succeed in this position. A good command of English is also expected.
