Your daily life: By joining us in Meudon, you are joining the Thales Group headquarters located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a true campus, bringing together notably our digital identity and security activities.

Within the ISS Data & AI team, the role consists of accelerating the adoption of generative AI solutions and Microsoft Copilot by supporting business units in the identification, deployment, and industrialization of high-value-added use cases.

• Support business teams in the identification, qualification, and implementation of use cases around generative AI and Microsoft Copilot,
• Lead the deployment, integration, and adoption of GenAI applications in collaboration with the Architecture, Platform, and Data teams,

• Facilitate workshops, training, and acculturation actions to develop AI uses and best practices within the organization,
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployed solutions by gathering user feedback and measuring the value created for business units,

• Evaluate new market technologies, conduct proofs of concept, and participate in the industrialization of selected solutions,
• Provide application support, contribute to the resolution of complex incidents, and ensure compliance with security, compliance, and data governance requirements.

Profile Coming from a higher education background at the Master's level (Bac+5) in computer science, artificial intelligence, data, or an equivalent field, with a successful first experience in application development, digital transformation, or AI technologies, the sought-after profile combines technical expertise, a sense of service, and a strong appetite for innovation.

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Copilot, and the main uses related to generative AI,
• Mastery of at least one development language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or equivalent) and understanding of application architectures, API, and integration mechanisms,

• Familiarity with Cloud environments, Agile methods, and DevOps / CI-CD practices,
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, to popularize technical subjects, and to support change management among users,

• Curiosity, spirit of initiative, sense of service, and a strong appetite for new technologies and innovation,
• Good level of English allowing for development in an international environment.
