Your profile: With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent in electronics, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. You wish to lead a technical team in a stimulating environment. You wish to satisfy your internal and external customers, and also establish strong relationships with them. You are convincing and persuasive.

Furthermore: You have good technical knowledge in the following areas:

• RF Amplifier
• Power electronics and high voltage
• Hardened systems or subsystems (dimensional and environmental constraints).

You are recognized for your interpersonal and leadership skills, allowing you to collaborate with various stakeholders while ensuring the cohesion of your organization, which you support through a global and strategic vision. You are capable of evolving in a technical environment and understanding its challenges in order to make decisions and define the most appropriate compromises for the success of the project. You have a developed sense of organization and know how to demonstrate rigor. You have proven your commitment, your desire for continuous improvement, and you encourage capitalization and knowledge sharing. You have sufficient command of English to hold technical conversations with a client and to write documents in English.

Your daily life: You will be integrated into the project teams of the Delivery Unit "Emetteurs et armes à énergie dirigée". There, you will work in close relationship with the engineering disciplines as an Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM). The Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM) is the "Engineering Partner" of the Project Manager (PM). You will be responsible for the organization, management, and delivery of engineering activities engaged in product development or obsolescence management. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with costs, the work schedule, as well as the quality of the associated deliverables. You will be a major member of the integrated project team and a key player in its success. You will be entrusted with the following missions:

• Define and implement the development/obsolescence management strategy (the how) in line with the objectives given by the Project Manager (what, when), as well as the necessary material and human resources.
• Define the engineering environment necessary for the project (adaptation of processes, assessment of engineering data sensitivity)
