As an Industrial Architect, you will be required to: Intervene from the early stages (BID) to provide and estimate the industrial solution. To do this, you will work, among others, with the Design Authority and Purchasing, and influence technical and strategic choices to contribute to obtaining a coherent, competitive, and robust Product/Process proposal.Specify the infrastructures and industrial means to be implemented in the long term to maintain them at their best state-of-the-art (e.g., Industry 4.0). Establish Industrial Plans (industrial organization & responsibilities, targeted industrial performances (costs, cycle times, FPY.), synoptics and production flows, production and test process specifications). Build Industrial Roadmaps and develop/follow action plans for increasing process maturity (validation of MRL levels, implementation of new production processes, supplier re-sourcing). Supervise the implementation of the industrial strategy by relying on the network of Industrialization Lot ManagersDuring the production phase, provide expertise to resolve structural and cyclical industrial issues. Act as a Peer in internal industrial risk reviews and during subcontractor audits.***Perform series cost modeling and analyze competitiveness gains in labor and purchased parts.
The position is based in Vélizy with frequent travel to Fleury-les-Aubrais.
Your profile
With an Engineering degree or equivalent, do you have significant experience in implementing large-scale industrial projects and ideally experience in an international context?
Do you master production, repair, and bidding processes?
Do you have knowledge in industrial management control?
Do you demonstrate dynamism and reactivity?
Are you recognized for your listening and communication skills?
Does your level of English allow you to communicate both in writing and orally?
