Your daily life Within the Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, the La Ferté Saint Aubin site specializes in the production of land and airborne armament systems (mortars, munitions, rockets...), force protection systems, and area control. With its 450 employees, including engineers, technicians, and specialized workers, the La Ferté Saint Aubin site ensures research and development, production, testing, as well as all the "support" functions necessary for the design of high-performance systems essential to the success of operational missions. Thales has formed, with the German defense group DIEHL, a Joint-Venture "JUNGHANS T2M" which has 165 employees, allowing the two companies to combine their expertise in electronics and precision mechanics and thus become one of the world leaders in the field of ammunition rockets. This Joint-Venture is also present at the La Ferté Saint Aubin site.

As part of the growth of the Vehicles and Tactical Systems Domain, you will join and strengthen a team of 7 people. You are responsible for study, development, and production offers for products offered in France and for export, for both governmental and industrial clients.

Your main missions will be:

• Participation in discussions with the client and the definition of the commercial strategy with the sales manager and the product line manager.
• Organization and management of the bid team in a functional mode and multi-disciplinary animation.
• Construction and submission of the offer, in compliance with the mandates issued, and prior presentation to the various stakeholders.
• Cooperation with the sales manager for the negotiation of the offer and the finalization of the contract.
• Presentation of your activity to the Codir, with a particular focus on complex situations.
• Ensuring the smooth transition of the bid file to the project team.
• Contribution to the improvement of internal processes, notably through the performance of Retex.

Your profile Holding a Bac +5 (in mechanics, electronics, or electromechanics), you have experience/skills in:

• An industrial environment (a minimum of 10 years of experience)
• Solid knowledge in project and/or bid management
• Knowledge of military markets
• Cross-functional animation and multi-disciplinary teamwork (development, production, industrialization, supply chain, and its support professions)
• An English-speaking environment
• You are proficient in English.
