By joining us, you will integrate the KTD teams as Assistant to the two Group VPs of KTD Software and KTD Systeme, as well as the KTD teams present on the TRT Palaiseau site.

In this context, your missions will be:

• Organization and management of the two VPs' meetings. Organization of occasional events (seminars, Boards, etc.)
• Management of missions and expense reports. Monitoring and budget management for KTD Software, Systeme, and PCC as well as KTD Hardware Startup Scouting
• Mastery of SAP/ERP: creation and monitoring of DAs, complete and/or partial receipt of Orders, monthly declaration of labor under CATS
• Mastery of purchase requests under Guided Buying
• Management of the inter-KTD shared space
• Creation and monitoring of NDAs
• Management and monitoring of OPTIMY
• Mastery of the shared spaces Crytobox and Wiki of KTD Systeme and Software
• Digitization of all administrative and budgetary parts so that they are accessible to everyone, even remotely
• Finding solutions for most blocking points (administrative, accounting, IT, organization of meetings/seminars, relationship with suppliers, ...)
• Serving as a "reminder" and providing alerts when certain subjects need to be addressed

Your profile Assistant to the VPs KTD Software and KTD Systeme (m/f) Is your priority to be a support to your team? Do you have the ambition to accompany your team on a daily basis and be recognized for finding solutions to problems encountered? Do you want to discover the activities of the KTDs?

You have a BTS Support à l'Action Managériale or equivalent training and can demonstrate confirmed experience (Minimum 5 years) in a similar role and have experience in:

• Written and spoken English mandatory (some meetings are held only in English; many emails in English)
• SAP/ERP
• Ability to resolve administrative delays or blockages
• Ability to manage emergencies

Having a sense of humor is a big plus
