Your daily life

Thales Research&Technology, our research center in hardware fields, and CortAIx Labs, our research center in AI and digital, have the mission to propose breakthrough innovations, maintain and increase technological advancement, and ensure competitiveness for the group.

By joining us, you will integrate the KTD teams as Assistant to the two group VPs of KTD software and KTD Système, as well as the KTD teams present on the TRT Palaiseau site.

In this context, your missions will be:

• Organization and management of meetings for the two VPs; Organization of occasional events (seminars, Boards, etc.)
• Management of missions and expense reports; Monitoring and budgetary management of KTD Software, Système, and PCC as well as Startup Scouting for KTD Hardware
• Mastery of SAP/ERP: creation and monitoring of DAs, complete and/or partial Receipt of Orders, monthly declaration of labor under CATS
• Mastery of purchase requests under Guided Buying
• Management of the inter-KTD shared space
• Creation and monitoring of NDAs
• Management and monitoring of OPTIMY
• Mastery of the shared spaces Crytobox and Wiki of KTD Système and Software
• Digitization of all administrative and budgetary parts so that they are accessible to all, even remotely
• Finding solutions for most blocking points (administrative, accounting, IT, organization of meetings/seminars, relationship with suppliers, etc.)
• Serving as a "reminder" and providing an alert when certain subjects need to be addressed
