R0336879 Legal Counsel Contract Manager - Air Mobility Solutions (M/F)

Within Thales LAS France, the Legal, Contracts & Compliance Department supports the activities of the Air Mobility Solutions domain, dedicated to the development, production, and support of airspace management and protection systems.

Location: Rungis (94), then Vélizy starting from 2027.

As a Legal Counsel / Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing contractual risks and opportunities and proposing appropriate mitigation measures.

Drafting and negotiating contractual commitments with customers and industrial partners, integrating technical, scheduling, regulatory, and legal constraints.

Building negotiation strategies with teams during the bidding and execution phases and implementing contractual solutions adapted to customer needs.

Supporting project and procurement teams in the interpretation, execution, and negotiation of customer and subcontractor contracts.

Managing contractual documentation, amendments, claims, as well as pre-litigation and litigation files in connection with the Group Legal Department.

Ensuring contract monitoring, reporting to the Legal, Contracts & Compliance Director, and contributing to training actions for operational teams.

Your profile:

You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Law and have at least 10 years of experience in contract management, particularly in industrial setups, private or public law contracts, and project management.
