Mixing and Water treatment technician (Pathum Factory / Rangsit Factory Khlong 13)

1. Planning tasks for water quality adjustment and mixing to be on time and according to the specified plan.
2. Water quality adjustment and product mixing processes for both soft drinks and fruit juices to meet standards and achieve optimal costs.
3. Water quality and product quality analysis tasks to meet standards.
4. Standard system tasks (QSE, GMP, Safety, Environmental, Halal, NSF, KORE, and laws) by strictly following specified SOPs to comply with food safety, quality, environmental, safety, Halal food, NSF, KORE, and legal principles.
5. Control and supervision of the automatic mixing system, including controlling the water conditioning system to comply with the specified plan.
6. Maintenance tasks and joint planning of PM within the department to ensure efficiency.
7. Improving work processes or machinery for efficiency.
8. Analyzing operations and data from various records using LERT tools, SCADA, and IQS Infinity for work improvement.
9. Participating in brainstorming, analyzing problems, and finding root causes with relevant teams for continuous work correction, improvement, and development.
10. Reporting work results to supervisors and providing suggestions for work improvement.
11. Responsible for tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Food, or Chemical Engineering. At least 2 years of work experience in a factory. Possess skills in implementing QSE, ISOs, GMP, KORE, and Halal systems in the assigned mixing and water systems. Able to work in shifts. English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Proficient in computer usage (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
