Export Staff (ECI) | Thai Arrow Product | Bhiraj at BITEC (BTS Bangna)

• Receive orders from customers and coordinate with internal departments to plan product shipments
• Prepare export documents such as Invoice and related documents, and verify their accuracy
• Coordinate with customers, Forwarder, Shipping Line, and airlines to manage both sea and air transportation
• Track shipment status, inform customers, and resolve issues related to product delivery
• Prepare export reports, manage pricing data, and support other related tasks
• Participate in quality, safety, and other activities in accordance with company policies
• Other duties as assigned by the company

Working days: Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00 Work location: Bhiraj at BITEC building (BTS Bangna) PRR: 85154

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the Export field will be given special consideration New graduates who are ready to learn are welcome Good English communication skills (TOEIC score of 550 or higher will be given special consideration) Proficient in Microsoft Office and AS400 Detail-oriented, with good communication skills and interpersonal skills For male candidates, must have completed military service or be exempt [Exempted from military service (for men): Sor Dor 8, Sor Dor 9, or Sor Dor 43]
