Process Engineer Supervisor

Your tasks

1. Perform assigned tasks as follows to ensure compliance with standards and achievement of objectives:

• PE-001-W: Design and fabrication of tools and equipment (New Model)
• PE-003-W: Routing documentation
• PE-013-W: New machine acceptance process

1. Delegate tasks and make decisions to resolve issues within the areas of responsibility as follows:

• Supervise and monitor the department responsible for the design and fabrication of tools, machines, and production equipment for the company's product manufacturing (New Model)
• Participate in meetings with relevant departments to gather requirements, define specifications, and determine the scope of the design and fabrication of tools, machines, and production equipment as assigned, in accordance with product quality standards
• Continuously improve the design and fabrication processes for tools, machinery, and production equipment to enhance overall efficiency

1. Improve production line processes for manufacturing the company’s products, including:

• Monitoring and verifying the progress of tool, machine, and production equipment design and fabrication to ensure achievement of targets
• Planning work activities in accordance with company policies
• Providing guidance and transferring knowledge to subordinates
• Signing to acknowledge or approve documents as assigned
• Supervising department staff to ensure compliance with company regulations and efficient work performance aligned with established goals
• Resolving initial issues within areas of responsibility and reporting to supervisors
• Enhancing work processes for greater efficiency
• Ensuring safety, orderliness, and cleanliness in the areas of responsibility
• Cooperating in various company projects and activities
• Ensuring operations comply with customer requirements
• Preparing work plans for the Production Engineering Department
• Coordinating design and fabrication activities of tools, machines, and production equipment with internal and external departments

Requirements

1. Male/Female, aged 40 or below.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3. Experience 5 years in production engineering, tool and fixture design, machine design, and fabrication.
4. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management system requirements and implementation.
5. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
6. Knowledge of New Model development and manufacturing processes.
7. Ability to prepare work plans, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
8. Leadership skills with experience in team supervision, task delegation, and staff development.
9. Ability to work under pressure and achieve established targets.
