IT Manager

Your tasks

1. Maintain SAP ERP systems, including handling change requests, SQL queries, Crystal Reports, authorization, and licenses.
2. Manage Microsoft 365 applications Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other cloud services.
3. Manage, strengthen, and expand the IT team; develop and monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess and improve team performance.
4. Planning, building, and rollout phases of the IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Control manage and monitoring computer systems including hardware, software, network systems, databases, system developers, system users, and related employees.
6. Monitor and control IT budgets and expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
7. Plan the strategy, operation plan, and operation plan for information system development according to the company's operation plan and implement IT regional policies.
8. Providing advice, knowledge, and advice to various departments in developing information systems and using information systems, IT Helpdesks.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both ERP and Non-ERP systems to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT system administration, network management, or ERP systems.
3. Excellent in problem solving and project management skills.
4. Extensive experience managing ERP systems.
5. Strong in the end-to-end software life cycle management to support lean & automated business operations.
6. High knowledge of current and upcoming technology trends.
7. High expertise in database management and applications building management.
8. High ability in communications, presentation, and influencing multiple stakeholders including engineers, executives and vendors.
9. Good knowledge of Service Desk management in relation to networking, servers, and vendor management in addition to experience in basic network security
10. Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan & execute viable, commercial, and technical projects / solutions with financial understanding of budgeting, planning, and reporting
11. Project management skill is required
