BIM Modeler (MEP)

• Create models (HVAC, FP, and SN system) using Revit.
• Create a model based on development levels (LOD200-400)
• Create basic Family in projects.
• Check Clash Detection using Navisworks software
• Shop Drawings (MEP) 2D layout plan, sections, and details from 3D model
• Create a Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Participate in the BIM Combine Meeting and various workshops of the project.

Qualifications: At least 1-3 years of full time REVIT MEP experience. Identifying potential clashes in BIM projects Expertise in BIM software and tools such as REVIT, BIM Collaborate Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc. Enthusiastic accurary and high responsibility Able to work upcountry Thai nationality only
