- Support the Factory Manager in supervising daily factory operations and production activities
- Provide real-time Thai–Japanese interpretation during meetings, production floor operations, and daily communications
- Coordinate with Japanese management, customers, and related internal/external departments
- Handle order-related documentation, including recording, verifying, and tracking purchase orders in the system
- Receive customer purchase orders and accurately input data into the computer system
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and handle complaints and support requests
- Act as the main contact point for handling customer complaints in Japanese
- Translate Japanese documents and other related documents as assigned
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other related documentation
- Support the Factory Manager and Japanese executives in coordinating with various departments
- Follow up on production plans, raw material procurement, and daily transportation arrangements
- Monitor packaging materials to ensure sufficient supply for production
- Check daily inventory of finished goods and raw materials to prevent production disruption
- Manage receiving, issuing, storage, stock counting, and documentation of raw materials and finished goods
- Prepare monthly inventory reports for raw materials and finished goods
- Supervise subordinates to ensure work is completed according to plan and standards
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization according to 6S principles
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Thai Nationality Male/Female Age 20-35 years old Bachelor's degree in related fields At least 2 years of experience in automobile functional parts at Japanese manufacturers Japanese language speaker can be advantage (Above N3 is preferable) Self-motivated person Proficient interpreting and administrative work Problem-solving, communication skill and proactive mindset Experienced in sales at lease 1 year New graduates are welcome.
