BIM Modeler

• Create and maintain BIM (Building Information Modeling) models using Revit to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
• Develop architectural and structural BIM models in accordance with project specifications
• Prepare Shop Drawings from BIM models to comply with project requirements and drawing approval standards
• Coordinate and update BIM models based on comments and feedback from consultants, clients, and the project team
• Inspect, identify, and resolve Clash Detection issues, as well as Constructability Issues, as assigned by the BIM Manager
• Support the construction site team by providing BIM-related information and guidance
• Prepare Quantity Take-off reports and extract data from BIM models as required by the project team
• Comply with BIM standards, workflows, and file or model naming conventions throughout the project duration
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the preparation of project handover documentation

Qualifications: Thai nationality, aged 26 years or above Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields At least 3 years of work experience in the BIM field Proficient in using Autodesk Forma Cloud, Navisworks, Revit, and others Knowledge of Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, and construction processes Skills in coordination, problem-solving, and the ability to work well with others Ability to communicate in English at a working level
