School Maintenance Technician

1. Prepare monthly inspection plans and perform maintenance on the school's utility systems, including electrical work, metalwork, masonry, woodwork, plumbing, wastewater treatment, air conditioning, telephone systems, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and equipment to ensure readiness during and after working hours.
2. Carry out maintenance of the school buildings, premises, and environment to ensure they are always orderly and safe for use.
3. Analyze repairs and proceed with requests for approval to purchase maintenance materials and equipment in accordance with the specified requirements for maintenance material procurement.
4. Organize and store technical tools and materials into categories, ensuring they are ready for use.
5. Record electricity and water meters every month and prepare usage statistics once a year.
6. Supervise the spraying of mosquito and insect pesticides in school areas, including classrooms, building laboratories, lawns, drainage pipes, and surrounding areas according to the work plan.
7. Install and inspect the national flag and the main flagpole to ensure they are in good condition; decorate flags around the school fence on various important occasions.
8. Clean the swimming pool and filtration system according to the scheduled time.
9. Record daily work and maintenance data.
10. Perform duties as a backup school driver in case the driver is on leave or for other necessities.
11. Arrange and decorate venues according to the objectives of various school activities.
12. Maintain the security of the buildings and premises.
13. Other duties as assigned.
14. Work Monday - Saturday.

Qualifications: Male, age not exceeding 45 years. High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or other related fields. At least 3 years of experience in maintenance work. Basic reading and writing skills in English. Owns a motorcycle and holds a driving license. Able to work 6 days / week. Ability to clean 4-way cassette air conditioners.
