• Planning

Review the required qty from Shipment Request

Manage and control the inventory at optimum level

Shipment Request Responsiveness

Check inventory transaction of Issuing & Receiving (if there is any problem)

• Purchase Requisition

Create PR in ERP system base on SO or Safety Stock as agreed At stock of Slit Material & Weaving Stock

Issue TECN/ECN if there is required

• Follow up

Review and check inventory to meet safety stock

Check PR/PO Alert report and feedback to Purchasing officer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field At least 1 year of experience in material planning Immediate availability to start work will be considered an advantage.
